Who is the walking coach?
Nadine Gregoor (62) decided to become a Pink Ribbon walking coach in 2022. As a Pinky Pioneer, she wants to spread and share the joy of walking and its healing effects with others.
In three words, Nadine would describe herself as (spring) powerful, active and thoughtful. The best compliment she ever received was "It's good that you bring people together to walk."
How often do we go hiking?
Nadine does not schedule set times, but she does go on walks several times a week. Wandelkracht's walks range from 4 to 6 kilometers.
What region are we hiking in?
Nadine hikes in the Maasmechelen area.

When a doctor gets breast cancer
Sofie De Vuysere is a physician specializing in medical imaging. She was diagnosed with breast cancer 20 years ago, at the age of 33. In her book "In Her Own Mind," she describes how she experienced and survived the rollercoaster, how medicine changed in those years and what yoga can do.
