Welcome to hiking group EnergieK by Kim de Ruijtere
Who is the walking coach?
Kim de Ruijtere (53) decided to become a Pink Ribbon walking coach in 2021. As a Pinky Pioneer, she especially wants to motivate others to exercise regularly and to do so in an approachable way.
In three words, Kim would describe herself as an optimist, bon vivant and go-getter. The best compliment she ever received was "You are shining as always." As the name gives it away, there is no shortage of energy in Kim's group.
How often do we go hiking?
EnergieK meets once a month to hike, usually on a Saturday or Sunday. In addition, Kim also goes on weekly hikes with hiking members who live close to home. Each time for a route of 5 to 10 kilometers.
What region are we hiking in?
Kim walks in the region of Wuustwezel, Kalmthout, Brasschaat and Antwerp.
